Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

Objection to unsolicited advertising

We expressly prohibit the use of our email addresses for sending newsletters and for sending unsolicited advertising and information material.

We hereby expressly object to the use of contact details published as part of our imprint obligation by third parties for sending advertising and information material that was not expressly requested.
